菜用黄麻对硒的累积规律

- 以“桂麻菜1号”“桂麻菜2号”、韭菜(CK1)和小葱(CK2)为试材,采用原子荧光法分析“桂麻菜1号”和“桂麻菜2号”的根、茎、叶、果以及不同生育期嫩梢的全硒含量,明确菜用黄麻的不同组织器官、不同生育期对硒的累积作用。结果表明:“桂麻菜1号”和“桂麻菜2号”不同器官对全硒的吸附能力依次为根>叶>茎>果,其中根部含硒量分别为5.98、6.85 μg?(100g)-1DW,叶分别为2.38、3.16 μg?(100g)-1DW,茎分别为1.74、2.04 μg?(100g)-1DW,果实中全硒含量低于全硒检出值1.0 μg?(100g)-1DW。“桂麻菜1号”和“桂麻菜2号”不同器官全硒含量总和分别为10.10、12.05 μg?(100g)-1DW,对照韭菜和小葱植株全硒含量总和分别为9.97、8.09 μg?(100g)-1DW。由此说明“桂麻菜1号”和“桂麻菜2号”对全硒的吸附能力强于对照韭菜和小葱。同时,“桂麻菜1号”和“桂麻菜2号”的主茎打顶期全硒含量分别为3.47、4.32 μg?(100g)-1DW,开花期分别为3.07、3.59 μg?(100g)-1DW;苗期和结果期全硒含量均低于全硒检出值1.0 μg?(100g)-1DW,主茎打顶期嫩梢的全硒含量高于开花期。菜用黄麻主食嫩梢,处于采摘期的嫩梢均显示较高的含硒量,因此“桂麻菜1号”和“桂麻菜2号”可作为富硒蔬菜推广。
- Abstract:
- Vegetable-used jute (Corchorus olitorius L.) varieties viz.,‘Guimacai No.1’and ‘Guimacai No.2’,Chinese chives (CK1) and porret (CK2) were used as experiment material.Se contents in roots,stems,leaves,and fruits of ‘Guimacai No.1’ and ‘Guimacai No.2’ and its tender shoot at different stages were determined to use atomic fluorescence spectrometry.In order to clear and definite accumulation rule of selenium in different organs and different growth stages in vegetable-used Jute.The results indicated that,the root of ‘Guimacai No.1’ and ‘Guimacai No.2’ showed the strongest adsorption capacity of Se,Se content in roots were 5.98 μg?(100g)-1DW and 6.85 μg?(100g)-1DW.Then the stronger adsorption capacity followed by leaf,its content were 2.38 μg?(100g)-1DW and 3.16 μg?(100g)-1DW.Then the lower adsorption capacity were stem,its content were 1.74 μg?(100g)-1DW and 2.04 μg?(100g)-1DW.While that in fruits were lower than 1.0 μg?(100g)-1DW.The total Se content in different organs of ‘Guimacai No.1’ and ‘Guimacai No.2’ were 10.10 μg?(100g)-1DW and 12.05 μg?(100g)-1DW,and that of Chinese chives and porret were 9.97 μg?(100g)-1DW and 8.09 μg?(100g)-1DW,which indicated that ‘Guimacai No.1’ and ‘Guimacai No.2’ had stronger Se adsorption capacity than Chinese chives and porret.Furthermore,the tender shoots of ‘Guimacai No.1’ and ‘Guimacai No.2’ at top pruning stage and florescence presented 3.47 μg?(100g)-1DW and 4.32 μg?(100g)-1DW,3.07 μg?(100g)-1DW and 3.59 μg?(100g)-1DW of Se content,respectively;while that of seedling stage and fruiting stage were lower than 1.0 μg?(100g)-1DW.Se content of tender shoot at top pruning stage found to be higher than that of florescence.The tender shoots of vegetable-used jute was the main food part,Se content of tender shoots during the picking period was higher,so ‘Guimacai No.1’ and ‘Guimacai No.2’ were suitable to popularize cultivation as Se-enriched vegetable jute varieties.
