- 以马蹄渣为主要原料栽培鸡腿菇,通过设计5种不同配方,以鸡腿菇菌丝生长情况、子实体性状、品质含量、产量及经济效益为指标,研究马蹄渣栽培鸡腿菇的最佳配方。结果表明:马蹄渣栽培鸡腿菇的最佳配方为76%马蹄渣、10%麸皮、8%玉米芯、5%石灰、1%石膏。试验表明马蹄渣代替棉子壳栽培鸡腿菇是可行的。
- Abstract:
- The horseshoe residue was used as the main material to chltivate Coprinus comatus,and designed a total of five different formulas by taking the mycelia growth rate,fruit body morphology,yield and economic benefit of Coprinus comatus as indexes to screen out the optimal formula for Coprinus comatus. The results showed that the optimal formula was 76% horseshoe residue,10% bran,8% cob,5% lime and 1% gypsum,so horseshoe residue instead of cotton seed hulls cultivating Coprinus comatus was feasible.
