摘要:
以宜春职业技术学院食用菌研究所保存的黄伞菌种为对象，通过单因素试验设计研究了不同的碳源、氮源、无机盐、维生素和植物生长调节剂对黄伞菌丝生长的影响。结果表明：果糖及蛋白胨是黄伞菌丝生长的最佳碳、氮源,在此营养条件下菌丝生长速率可达2.4 mm?d-1。MgSO4及维生素B1可在一定程度上促进黄伞菌丝的生长，植物生长调节剂对黄伞的生长也具有一定的调节功能。
Abstract:
The effects of different carbon sources,nitrogen sources,inorganic salts,vitamins and plant growth regulators on the mycelical growth of Pholiota adiposa that was preserved by Institute of Edible Fungi of Yichun Vocational Technical College were studied by monofactorial testing.The results showed that the highest growth rates （2.4 mm?d-1) were recorded when fructose and peptone served as the carbon and nitrogen sources,respectively.Mycelial growth rates were enhanced on composts supplemented with MgSO4 and vitamin B1,and the plant hormones could also be used to regulate the growth of Pholiota adiposa.
