- 以黄瓜品种“津优35”为试材,播种时采用接种和不接种丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)地表球囊霉 (Glomus versiforme) 以及幼苗期喷施不同浓度(0、0.50、0.75、1.00、1.25、1.50 mmol?L-1)水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA),并进行低温(昼夜温度为12 ℃/5 ℃)胁迫的处理方法,研究了不同处理对黄瓜植株耐寒性的影响。结果表明:与不接种的相比,低温胁迫下相同SA浓度处理下接种地表球囊霉显著提高了黄瓜根系的活力、叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量;降低叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量和细胞膜透性。其中,以施加外源SA浓度1.00 mmol? L-1配合接种地表球囊霉提高黄瓜抗低温的效果最佳。可知SA与AMF处理具有改善冬季保护地黄瓜生长的潜力。
- Abstract:
- Seeds of ‘Jinyou 35’ cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) were inoculated with or without arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus (AMF) Glomus versiforme,then cucumber seedlings treated with 0,0.50,0.75,1.00,1.25,1.50 mmol?L-1 salicylic acid (SA) to investigate effects of the different chilling treatments (day/night temperature 12 ℃/5 ℃) on chilling resistance of cucumber plants.The results showed that inoculation with G.versiforme,comparing with the non-inoculation,significantly increased root activities,contents of leaf chlorophyll,soluble sugar and proteins and decreased membrane permeability and methane dicarboxylic aldehyde content under the treatment with the same concentration of SA.Treatment with 1.00 mmol?L-1 of SA and with G.versiforme inoculation showed the best beneficial effects in increasing chilling resistance of cucumber plants.It was suggested that the combination treatment with the SA application and AMF inoculation had potential in improving cucumber production in winter protective cultivation.
