- 以油桃为试材,在常温下利用实验室自制的一种含有60 μL牛至精油和4 mg 1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)保鲜剂的复合保鲜纸置于油桃果实PE包装中,同时分别以不放置保鲜纸、放置含等量牛至精油的精油保鲜纸以及放置含等量1-MCP保鲜剂的1-MCP保鲜纸为对照,定期测试油桃的感官评价、失重率、腐烂率、呼吸强度、可滴定酸含量、可溶性固形物含量等指标,以考察实验室自制的新型复合保鲜纸对呼吸跃变型果蔬的保鲜效果,为复合保鲜纸在这类果蔬保鲜的应用提供参考依据。结果表明:复合保鲜纸同时起到了抑菌和抑制乙烯的作用,明显改善了油桃的感官品质,减缓了呼吸作用,降低了失重率,同时抑制了可滴定酸和总糖含量的下降,可将油桃保鲜期由7 d延长至13 d。说明这种新型复合保鲜纸对呼吸跃变型果蔬具有良好的保鲜效果,为这类果蔬的保鲜提供了一种有效方法。

- Nectarine fruits were used as test materials.The preservation effect of composite preservative paper containing 60 μL Origanum vulgare L.oil and 4 mg 1-MCP in the PE bags was studied,and three control groups were as follows,putting nothing into the PE bags;essential oil paper group,only containing the same dose Origanum vulgare L.oil in the PE bags;1-MCP paper group.The sensory evaluation,weight loss rate,decay rate,respiration intensity,titratable acid content and soluble solids content of nectarine were tested on a regular basis to investigate the freshness of new compound preserved paper in the laboratory.Class of fruits and vegetables to provide a reference basis for preservation.The results showed that,the application of the composite preservative paper improved the preservation quality of nectarine fruits effectively for slowing down the nectarine fruits′ respiration,reducing loss,inhibiting the decrease of titratable acid and TSS content.Finally it extended the shelf life of nectarine fruits from 7 days to 13 days compared to control group.The composite preservative paper was beneficial to improving the preservation quality of nectarine fruits,and prolonging the shelf life.
