- 以日本苦瓜种质(Y105、Y112、Y115和Y116)为试材,采用气相色谱-质谱技术分析种子脂溶性化学成分及相对含量差异。结果表明:不同日本苦瓜种质脂溶性化学成分种类和相对含量存在一定程度的差异。从Y105、Y112、Y115和Y116中分别鉴定出23、16、19、20种化合物,共有33种成分。5种脂溶性化学成分为Y105中特有;5种脂溶性化学成分为Y112中特有;1种脂溶性化学成分为Y116中特有。其中主要化学成分为25,26-二氢ela甾醇、Ela甾醇、β-生育酚、γ-生育酚、24-亚甲基环木菠萝烷醇。该研究可为苦瓜产品开发提供依据。
- Abstract:
- Taking bitter gourd germplasm(Y105,Y112,Y115,Y116) from Japan as test materials,the seed liposoluble constituents and relative content were analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that there were some differences in the constituents and relative contents among these germplasm.There were 23,16,19 and 20 compounds were identified in Y105,Y112,Y115 and Y116,respectively,33 compounds in total.Five kinds of liposoluble constituents were peculiar to Y105;five kinds of liposoluble constituents were peculiar to Y112;one kinds of liposoluble constituent was peculiar to Y116.The main components were 25,26-dihydro elasterol,Elasterol,β-Tocopherol,γ-Tocopherol,24-methylenecycloartanol.This study could provide basis for product development of bitter gourd.
