- 以龙葵(Solanum nigrum L.)为试材,利用石蜡切片技术,对龙葵花芽分化的过程进行了形态及解剖学观察。结果表明:龙葵幼苗出土后13 d花芽分化开始进行,幼苗出土后48 d花芽分化完成,整个花芽分化过程约需35 d。花芽分化全过程共划分为花芽分化初期、萼片原基分化期、花瓣原基分化期、雌雄蕊原基分化期、子房与花药分化期和雌雄蕊成熟期6个时期。
- Abstract:
- Anatomical and morphological observations were made in the bud of Solanum nigrum L.during flower bud differentiation with the paraffin sections.The results indicated that flower bud differentiation began at 13 days and finished at 48 days after seedling emergence.The process of flower bud differentiation lasted for about 35 days and could be divided into six stages,i.e.initial differentiation stage,sepal primordium differentiation stage,petal primordium differentiation stage,stamen and pistil primordium differentiation stage,ovary and anther differentiation stage,stamen and pistil maturity stage.
