- 以携带褐纹病菌的茄子叶片为试材,采用室内分离鉴定、致病性测定、室内抑菌试验等方法进行病原分离,并研究了病原菌的致病性及抗药性,为田间茄子褐纹病的诊断与防治提供参考依据。结果表明:共分离到9个菌株,菌株类型有产生α型分生孢子、β型分生孢子、混合型分生孢子及只产生菌丝不产生载孢体类型;致病性测定发现菌株PvTF-11、PvVSJ-22、PvVL-211对茄子叶片致病性较强;茄子褐纹病菌的室内抑菌试验发现PvVL-621、PvVL-211属于药剂敏感型菌株,PvVSJ-101、PvVSJ-102属于抗药型菌株。说明在人工培养条件下茄子褐纹病菌也可以产生β型分生孢子及混合型分生孢子类型;且茄子褐纹病菌已产生抗药性菌株。
- Abstract:
- Leaves of eggplant with Phomopsis rot bacteria were used as materials.Via indoor separation identification,determination of pathogenic and bacteriostatic test methods,the pathogenic bacteria were isolated and the pathogenicity and resistance to drugs were studied.The results showed that nine strains were obtained,which containing generating α-conidia,β-conidia,hybrid conidia and only making mycelium type.PvTF-11,PvVSJ-22 and PvVL-211 had stronger pathogenicity for eggplant leaf by determination of pathogenic.Antibacterial experiment found that PvVL-621,PvVL-211 belonged to the drug sensitive strains,PvVSJ-101,PvVSJ-102 type belonged to the resistant strains.So eggplant Phomopsis rot bacteria could also produce β-conidia and hybrid conidiophore type under the condition of artificial culture.And eggplant Phomopsis rot bacteria had resistant strains.
