- 以来自青海省7个主要辣椒种植区域的43株辣椒病样为试材,采用离体叶片法及形态学观察,对辣椒疫霉菌的生理小种进行划分,并研究了生理小种的分布特点。结果表明:青海省辣椒疫霉菌生理小种划分为2号和3号,没有发现1号生理小种,发生频率分别为32.6%和67.4%;初步确定3号生理小种为青海省辣椒疫霉菌的优势小种。
- Abstract:
- Forty-three strains pepper disease samples from seven major pepper planting areas in Qinghai Province were used as materials.By using the method of in vitro leaf separation identification and morphology observation,the type and distribution characteristics of physiological races were studied.The results showed that the physiological races of Phytophthora capsici in Qinghai Province were divided into No.2 and No.3,without No.1,the frequency was respectively 32.6% and 67.4%;physiological race No.3 was primarily determined as the advantage race in Qinghai Province.
