- 以“清白”黄瓜为试材,采用营养液栽培方式,研究了聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟干旱胁迫下,不同浓度蛋氨酸硒对黄瓜幼苗生理指标的影响。结果表明:10、20、40 mg?L-1的蛋氨酸硒能有效缓解干旱胁迫对黄瓜幼苗的伤害,其中,20 mg?L-1显著降低了叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧阴离子O?[TX-*4]2产生速率和过氧化氢(H2O2)含量,增加了叶片渗透调节物质(游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖)含量,提高了叶片抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、APX)活性、抗氧化物质(GSH、AsA)含量,说明适宜浓度蛋氨酸硒对干旱胁迫下黄瓜幼苗的毒害具有保护作用,且20 mg?L-1的蛋氨酸硒缓解效果最明显。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the influences of different concentrations of methionineselenium on the physiological indexes of cucumber seedlings(‘Qingbai’),the experiment were conducted under drought stress induced by polyethylene glycol (PEG-6000) in a nutrient solution culture system.The results showed that methionine-selenium treatment at concentrations of 10 mg?L-1,20 mg?L-1,40 mg?L-1 decreased MDA content,O?[TX-*4]2 production rate,and H2O2 content,raised osmotic substance (free proline and soluble sugar content),antioxidant enzyme activities (SOD,POD,CAT and APX),and raised antioxidant content (GSH and AsA).It indicated that the protective effect of suitable concentration of methionine-selenium on the toxicity of cucumber seedlings under drought stress was described.And the effect of 20 mg?L-1 methionine selenium on alleviating drought stress was the most obvious.
