- 以新品种‘秦超’桃为试材,研究不同贮藏温度与不同采收期对‘秦超’桃果实品质的影响,探索不同贮藏温度与不同采收期下果实品质的变化,为‘秦超’桃贮藏与采收提供实践指导。结果表明:常温下‘秦超’桃平均贮藏天数为21 d,低温贮藏为58 d。低温下能较好保持桃果实整个贮藏期间的果面色度、可溶性固形物含量,降低桃果实的失重率、腐烂率,明显延缓果肉硬度下降速率。在不同采收期间,随采收期延迟,‘秦超’桃果实单果质量不断增加,硬度、果面色度、可溶性固形物含量均能保持较好状态,成熟后树上挂果可延长30~40 d。‘秦超’桃具有很好的贮藏性能,低温贮藏较常温贮藏可以有效保持‘秦超’桃的果实品质,延长果实品质的贮藏时间。延迟采收期,‘秦超’桃单果质量有大幅度增加,果实能够充分着色,提高果实外观品质。
- Abstract:
- ‘Qinchao’ peach was used as material.The effect of different storage temperature and different harvesting time on fruit quality of ‘Qinchao’ peach was studied to provide practical guidance and theoretical experience.The results showed that the average days of storage under usual temperature of ‘Qinchao’ peach was 21 days and under low temperature was 58 days.Low temperature could keep peach fruit coloration and soluble solids content during the period of storage,reduce peach fruit weight loss rate and decayed rate,obviously slow down the rate of fruit firmness.In different harvesting period,the mean fruit weight of ‘Qinchao’ peach increased,firmness,color and lustre of pericarp and soluble solids content were able to maintain a good state,and harvesting fruits could be extended for 30-40 days.
