寿光“文家韭菜”周年生产技术

- 寿光市文家街道韭菜种植历史悠久，以种质资源好、香味浓、产量高闻名全国，“文家韭菜”被国家工商总局授予使用“文家坡”商标，其优良品种“独根红”韭菜成为寿光市首批获得农业部认证的国家地理标志蔬菜产品。现从播种育苗、整地作畦、田间管理及经济效益方面对“文家韭菜”的种植技术做了详尽的介绍，以期为优质种质资源和先进栽培技术的推广提供农业指导。
