- 以野生猕猴桃插穗为试材,利用正交实验方法对软枣猕猴桃绿枝扦插中的枝条部位、基质类型、生根剂种类及生根剂浓度等4个因素的4个水平进行了优选。结果表明:枝条部位(A)、生根剂种类(C)和生根剂浓度(D)对软枣猕猴桃绿枝扦插根系效果指数的影响均达到极显著水平,各因素对根系效果指数影响的主次顺序为生根剂浓度(D)>生根剂种类(C)>枝条部位(A)>基质类型(B);试验最佳组合为A3B1C4D3,即采用一年生枝条的中下部做插穗,用苔藓做基质,经1 000 mg?L-1 NAA+1 000 mg?L-1 IBA处理后生根效果最好。
- Abstract:
- L16(44) orthogonal experiment design was performed with four factors of branch position,type of cutting medium,type of auxin and auxin concentration on rooting effect of soft-wood cottage of Actinidia arguta were studied.The results showed that the rooting effect on soft-wood cottage of Actinidia arguta were obvious by branch position(A),type of auxin(C) and auxin concentration(D).From strong to less the influencing order of factor was auxin concentration(D)>type of auxin(C)>branch position(A)>type of cutting medium(B).And the best combination selected was A3B1C4D3 which was using the lower part of annual branch as the cutting shoot,using moss as the cutting medium and using 1 000 mg?L-1 NAA+1 000 mg?L-1 IBA as the rooting hormone.
