- 以云南黑籽南瓜和白籽南瓜为砧木,“津优35号”为接穗嫁接的黄瓜为试材,研究其在适温(CK:18~20 ℃)、亚适温(13~15 ℃)、低温(8~10 ℃)的根区温度条件下对嫁接黄瓜生长发育和光合指标的影响。结果表明:与CK相比,低温和亚适温对黄瓜的生长产生了明显的抑制作用,株高、茎粗、叶面积、叶片数、地上部干质量和全株干质量明显降低,而根冠比和地下部干质量却有所升高,其中低温条件下的抑制效果更为显著;低温和亚适温降低了嫁接黄瓜的SPAD值、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度和气孔导度;而且不同的嫁接苗之间也存在差异,“黑籽”南瓜砧木在低温逆境的表现上要优于“白籽”南瓜砧木。
- Abstract:
- Taking the figleaf gourd and pumpkin (Cucurbita maxima×Cucurbita moschata) as root stocks,‘Jinyou No 35’cucumber as scion,the effect of different root zone temperature conditions (optimal temperature (CK) (18-20 ℃),suboptimal temperature (13-15 ℃),low temperature (8-10 ℃) on the growth and photosynthesis indexes were studied.The results showed that,compared with optimal temperature (CK),low and suboptimal temperature produced a significant inhibition on growth of cucumbers.The plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,number of leaves,shoot dry weight were all reduced,but root dry weight,root shoot ratio all increased,which the inhibition of low temperature was more significant.Low and suboptimal temperature also reduced SPAD value,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,intercellular CO2 concentration,stomatal conductance of the grafted cucumber.And there were differences between different grafting,figleaf gourd at low temperature was better than the pupmkin on the performance.
