- 以黑果枸杞为试材,采用5种激素(生根粉(ABT)、赤霉素(GA)、萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA))的4种浓度(100、250、500、750 mg?L-1)处理,对黑果枸杞嫩枝扦插技术进行了研究。结果表明:ABT 250 mg?L-1处理的黑果枸杞嫰枝扦插成活率最高(70.00%),比对照提高33.33个百分点;GA的4个浓度成活率波动范围是50.00%~63.33%,平均成活率达到55.83%,比对照高19.16个百分点。IBA对插穗新生根数量,叶片大小、新枝条的长度有显著增加作用;IAA对新生根长度增加最多,对叶片数量有显著增加作用;NAA对根径增粗作用显著。激素可以促进黑果枸杞嫰枝扦插苗各项指标的生长发育,从而提高成活率。
- Abstract:
- Lycium ruthenicum Murr.was taken as test material,the effects of five kinds of hormone and four kinds of concentration treatment(100,250,500,750 mg?L-1) on the tender branch cutting of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.were studied.The results showed that ABT 250 mg?L-1 treatment was the highest survival rate of cuttage and higher 33.33 percentage points than that of the control.Survival rate range of four concentration treatments of GA was 50%-63%.The average survival rate reached 55.83% and higher 19.16 percentage points than that of the control.The new cuttings rooting number,leaf size,the length of the new branches had increased significantly effect by IBA.The new root length increased the most,the blade had a significant increase by IAA.The root diameter enlargement effect was remarkable by NAA.Hormone could promote the cuttage seedling growth and development,so as to improve the survival rate.
