- 随着我国葡萄酒产业从东部向西部转移,新疆葡萄与葡萄酒产区已经成为中国葡萄酒产业发展的大产区。新疆应以南疆、北疆、东疆不同的地理特征、气候条件为规划基础,分析鲜食、酿酒和葡萄干等品种适宜性条件及开发相应葡萄品种的葡萄干、葡萄甜酒、葡萄干型酒、葡萄烈性酒等系列产品,整合新疆文化资源和组织资源,规划定位为“新疆?中国原生态葡萄酒酒都”,并从大生态、大文化、大产业、大旅游视角提出推进丝路中国段葡萄与葡萄酒千亿产业经济带建设的战略路径。
- Abstract:
- With the trend of the wine region shift from the east to the west in our country,grape and wine region in Xinjiang has become the major production areas in the development of Chinese wine industry.Xinjiang should be made a planning on the basis of different geographical features,climate conditions in southern,northern,east of xinjiang,to analyze the suitability conditions of grape varieties of fresh food,wine and raisins and its development of series productions,such as raisins,sweets wines,dry wine,liquor.The Xinjiang wine industry should be positioned as Original Ecology Wine Capital of China.And strategical path of promoting Chinese grape and wine production into one hundred billion industry economic cluster were put forward through macro-ecology,macro-culture,macro-industry,and macro-tourism.
