- 以香石竹切花为试材,采用瓶插保鲜的方法,研究了不同浓度硝普钠(SNP)保鲜剂对香石竹切花瓶插寿命、茎水势、叶绿素荧光参数(Fo、Fm、Fv/Fm)和细胞膜透性的影响。结果表明:不同浓度硝普钠保鲜剂不仅可以提高切花瓶插寿命,还可推迟茎水势下降的时间,保持香石竹切花叶子较高光能转化效率(Fv/Fm),延缓质膜降解,其中,20 g?L-1蔗糖+200 mg?L-1 8-羟基喹啉+150 mg?L-1 柠檬酸+30 mg?L-1 硝普钠+10 mg?L-1 6-BA处理组效果最好。
- Abstract:
- Cut carnation was used as material.The effects of the concentration of sodium nitroprusside (SNP) as the vase preservative on the vase life,stem water potential,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (Fo,Fm,Fv/Fm) and cell membrane permeability on cut carnation were studied.The results showed that the optimum concentration of sodium nitroprusside preservative canextend the vase life of cut flower,delayed the stem water potential decreasing,retained the cut carnation leaves with a high efficiency of light energy conversion (Fv/Fm),and postponed the degradation of plasma membrane.Among these experiments,20 g?L-1 sucrose+200 mg?L-1 8-hydroxyquinoline+150 mg?L-1 citric acid+30 mg?L-1sodium nitroprusside+10 mg?L-1 6-BA treatment had the best performance.
