- 以 ‘AAFKE’‘Eskimo Chief’ 等5个郁金香品种为试材,研究了冷藏对其生物学性状及F1种子萌发的影响。结果表明:增加冷藏时间可以有效推迟郁金香花期,冷藏时间每增加2周,盛花期就会相应的推迟10 d,生育周期也缩短。但冷藏时间对植株的生物学性状、杂交结实率、F1代种子萌发率影响不大。杂交结实率与品种倍性有关,郁金香二倍体与二倍体的杂交结实率高于二倍体与三倍体的杂交结实率。
- Abstract:
- Five tulip varieties,‘AAFKE’,‘Eskimo Chief’ ect,were used as experimental materials to research the effect of cold storage on biological traits and the germination of F1 seeds.The results showed that with the extension of cold storage time for every two weeks,the full flowing date was correspondingly delayed for 10 days,and the growing stage also was shortened.However,there was almost no effect on biological characteristics,fruiting and germination rate of F1 seeds.The seed setting rate was related with the ploidy of parents.The seed setting rate of crossing between diploid cultivars was much higher than crossing between diploid and triploid cultivars.
