- 以素花党参为试材,采用田间试验法,研究了控制地上部生长对党参光合特性及产质量的影响。结果表明:党参进入初花期,茎蔓长度控制在10 cm左右,党参叶片光合速率最强,为11.82 CO2 μmol?m-2?s-1;块根平均鲜根直径最大,为1.74 cm;单根鲜样质量、单根干样质量最大,分别为28.50、7.13 g;3 m2鲜根和干根产量最高,分别为4 845.0、1 212.1 g,667 m2产值13 890元,块根品质符合国家药典要求。
- Abstract:
- The Codonopsis pilosula Nannf.var.modesta(Nannf.)L.T.Shen were used as material by adopting the method of field plot test,the effects of different vines’ length on photosynthetic characteristics,yield and quality of Codonopsis pilosula were studied.The results showed that it had the strongest photosynthetic rate,the biggest average diameter of fresh roots,the heaviest of single root,the highest the yield and output value when the length of Codonopsis pilosula Nannf.var.modesta(Nannf.)L.T.Shen vines were controlled by 10 cm,they were 11.82 CO2 μmol?m-2?s-1,1.74 cm,28.50,7.13 g,4 845.0,1 212.1 g?(3 m2)-1,13 890 RMB.The quality conformed to the national pharmacopoeia.
