- 以吐鲁番地区近年引种的18个鲜食葡萄品种为试材,通过比较17项葡萄品质相关性状指标,并应用灰色关联法和层次分析法相结合的方法,综合评价吐鲁番地区引种鲜食葡萄品质,为筛选适宜当地栽培的优良品种提供参考依据。结果表明:应用层次分析法分析各评价因子的权重值发现,风味、固酸比、糖酸比、粒质量是影响鲜食葡萄品质的主要性状,其权重依次为0.119、0.115、0.115、0.096。在此基础上,根据18个品种的灰色关联度值进行优良度排序和分类,加权关联度排序与专家鉴评结果排序基本一致,秩相关系数为0.899;优选出风味佳、糖酸比、固酸比适中、果粒大,外观、内在品质均表现优良的葡萄品种4个,内在品质优良、部分外观品质性状表现突出的葡萄品种5个。应用灰色关联法和层次分析法相结合的方法,可以有效地对鲜食葡萄品质进行综合评价。
- Abstract:
- By comparing the 17 quality related indicators of 18 kinds of grapes in Turpan area in recent years,comprehensive evaluation was established by AHP method and grey correlation analysis.APH method was used to determine the weight value of various characters.The present study was to evaluate the quality of introduced table grapes in Turpan 〖JP4〗area,and to provide the basis for screening suitable varieties cultivated in the region.The results showed that flavor,solid-acid ratio,sugar-acid ratio and grain weight represented a significant share.The weight of each affecting factor was 0.119,0.115,0.115 and 0.096.Grape was sorted and classified according to the grey correlation degree of 18 varieties,correlation weighted sort was consistent with experts evaluate,rank correlation coefficient was 0.899.And eventually 4 varieties with good flavor,moderate solid-acid ratio and sugar-acid ratio,big berry,excellent appearance and internal quality were picked out.5 varieties with excellent internal and part appearance quality were also picked out simultaneously.The results indicated that the combination of the grey correlation analysis and AHP method could be used to evaluate quality of grape.
