- 以2个洋桔梗品种 “雪莱香槟”(‘Ceremony Orange’)和“露西塔I白底粉边”(‘Rosita I Pink Picotee’)为试材,研究了育苗期种子低温(10 ℃)春化处理天数(35、28、21、14、0 d)及栽培期赤霉素处理对解除洋桔梗莲座化的影响,探寻了生产上解除洋桔梗莲座化技术。结果表明:2个品种低温春化处理28 d均能提高种子发芽率。定植60 d后,低温春化处理35 d洋桔梗‘Ceremony Orange’抽薹率最高,达72.9%;低温春化处理28 d‘Rosita I Pink Picotee’抽薹率最高,达89.6%。栽培期对未经种子低温春化处理的洋桔梗‘Ceremony Orange’莲座化苗进行赤霉素处理(处理浓度为0、50、100、150 mg?L-1),100 mg?L-1赤霉素处理对促进洋桔梗节间的伸长有明显作用,抽薹率达70.5%,可以有效打破莲座化。比较2种解除莲座化的处理效果,生产上解除洋桔梗莲座化方法可首选种子低温春化处理,该方法上花时间比栽培期赤霉素处理提早2个多月;栽培期赤霉素处理可以作为种子低温春化未打破莲座化的辅助措施。
- Abstract:
- Using two lisianthus selling varieties,‘Ceremony Orange’ and ‘Rosita I Pink Picotee’,the effects of seedling seed vernalization time(seeds of 10 ℃ low-temperature vernalization treatment 35 days,28 days,21 days,14 days,0 day) and cultivation period of GA treatment on breaking rosette were studied.The production technology on breaking rosette of Lisianthus was explored.The results showed that the two cultivars with low-temperature vernalization treatment of 28 days could improve the seed germination rate.After 60 days observation results of low-temperature vernalization treatment of 35 days ‘Ceremony Orange’ breaking rate was the highest,up to 72.9%;low-temperature vernalization treatment of 28 days ‘Rosita I Pink Picotee’ breaking rate was the highest,up to 89.6%.In the cultivation period,rosette seedlings of ‘Ceremony Orange’ without low-temperature vernalization treatment were treated GA(concentration,0 mg?L-1,50 mg?L-1,100 mg?L-1,150 mg?L-1),100 mg?L-1 GA treatment had obvious effect on promoting lisianthus internode elongation,bolting rate was 70.5% that could effectively break the rosette.Two kinds of methods were compared to solve the rosette,low-temperature vernalization treatment was the first solution of breaking rosette to lisianthus in factor,the time of flower harvest was more than 2 months earlier than GA treatment in the cultivation period.GA treatment in cultivation period could be used as auxiliary measures of seed low-temperature vernalization without breaking rosette.
