濒危植物秦岭石蝴蝶的叶插繁殖研究

- 以秦岭石蝴蝶为试材,采用叶插繁殖方法,研究了不同扦插基质和不同扦插方式对不定根、不定芽生长的影响,以期建立秦岭石蝴蝶的高效繁殖体系,提高繁殖效率,从而使秦岭石蝴蝶的种质资源得到有效保护。结果表明:3种扦插基质中,珍珠岩+蛭石+泥炭土=1∶1∶1混合基质扦插效果最好,不定根发生需26~34 d,生根率为81.00%~94.33%,子株生成需29~33 d,子株数为4.03~5.64株,且幼苗生长健壮。扦插方式对不定根的生成也产生一定影响,其中全叶扦插的生根率最高,为94.33%。从生根时间、生根数及平均根长来看,全叶的生根效果明显优于其它2种扦插方式。
- Abstract:
- In order to effectively protect the genetic resources,establish a highly efficient propagation system,and improve the reproductive efficiency,effects of different cutting medium and different cutting treatments were investigated on the growth of adventitious roots and adventitious buds.The results showed that the best cutting medium was perlite+vermiculite+peaty soil among three substrates.The duration of adventitious roots need 26-34 days,and the rates of rooting were 81.00%-94.33%.And the buds formation need 29-33 days,the number of buds were 4.03-5.64,moreover,young seedlings grew well.The formation of adventitious roots was effected by cutting treatments.The growth rate of whole-leaf cuttage was up to 94.33%.The performance of rooting by whole-leaf cutting was obviously better than other methods in terms of rooting time,root number,and the average root length.
