- 2009年,以荷兰盆栽菊品种‘Breeze Dark Red’为母本,以辽宁省农业科学院花卉研究所2008年选育的地被菊品种“辽菊041”为父本进行杂交。2010年,在大量实生苗中选出株型紧凑、株冠近球形花朵颜色为亮黄色的单株,编号为2009-12-2。经组培扩繁后,于2012、2013、2014年,分别在沈阳、大连、辽阳、抚顺和铁岭等地进行盆栽和露地栽培试验,连续3年观察表明,2009-12-2的无性繁殖后代遗传性状稳定。2015年备案定名为“金朵”。
- Abstract:
- In 2009, ‘Breeze Dark Red’,a potted chrysanthemum cultivar from the Netherlands as the female parent,and ground-cover chrysanthemum cultivar of ‘Liaoju 041’,as the male parent,that was bred by the Institute of Floriculture of Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2008,and two cultivar were crossed.In 2010,a bright yellow progeny(2009-12-2)with compact plant’s type and nearly spherical plant’s canopy was selected from plenty of seedlings.After propagated in vitro,they were cultivated in pot and outdoor field in Shenyang,Dalian,Liaoyang,Fushun and Tieling respectively from 2012 to 2014.Three consecutive years observation showed that the genetic traits of asexual reproduction progeny of 2009-12-2 were stable and was registered as the name of ‘Jinduo’ by Liaoning Provincial Administration Bureau of Seeds in 2015.
