- 以毛木耳为试材,采用平板打孔法抑菌试验和菌丝生长抑制试验,以克霉灵为阳性对照,清水为阴性对照,研究了寡聚酸碘对青霉和黄曲霉的防治效果。结果表明:不同浓度的寡聚酸碘对青霉和黄曲霉孢子萌发有不同程度的抑制作用,寡聚酸碘10~40倍液对青霉的抑菌圈直径在8.40~13.14 mm、对黄曲霉的抑菌圈直径在8.50~17.30 mm,且浓度梯度间均有显著性差异;菌丝生长抑制试验表明,寡聚酸碘10~40倍液对青霉、黄曲霉菌丝的生长均有抑制作用,而且随着稀释倍数的增加,抑制效果降低。40倍液对青霉的抑制率达到了51.48%,略低于阳性对照克霉灵(52.96%);对黄曲霉的抑制率达到了40.57%,略低于阳性对照克霉灵(42.32%),但是从安全、经济角度综合考虑,寡聚酸碘的推荐使用浓度是40倍。
- Abstract:
- Taking Auricularia polytricha as material,using the plate punching method and mycelial growth inhibition test,taking mepartricin as positive contrast,water as negative contrast,the control effect of the oligomeric acid iodine on Penicillium and Aspergillus was studied.The results showed that different concentration of oligomeric acid iodine for the spore germination of Penicillium and Aspergillus had different inhibitiry effect.With 10 times to 40 times diluent of oligomeric acid iodine treatment,Penicillium bacteriostatic and Aspergillus circle were in the scope of 8.40-13.14 mm and 8.50-17.30 mm in diameter,respectively,and significant difference existed between concentration gradient.Oligomeric acid iodine diluted 10 times to 40 times on the growth of Penicillium and Aspergillus hyphae had inhibitory effect,and with the increase of dilution ratio,inhibition effect reduced.Diluted 40 times on Penicillium inhibition rate reached 51.48%,slightly lower than the positive control mildew spirit (52.96%).Aspergillus inhibition rate reached 40.57%,slightly lower than the positive control mildew spirit (42.32%),but considering the view of safety and economy,the recommended concentration of oligomeric acid iodine was 40 times.
