- 以青海玉树独一味为试材,采用野外观测和试验测定相结合的方法,研究了独一味以开花物候、OCT、P/O、花粉活力、柱头可授性为基础的繁育系统类型。结果表明:独一味开花物候期为5—7月,OCI为4、P/O为1 645、雌雄异熟,有性繁育系统初步确定为部分自交亲和,异交,需要传粉者。
- Abstract:
- With Lamiophlamis rotate in Yushu of Qinghai as test material,using the method of field observation and experiment,the breeding system of Lamiophlamis rotate on flowering phenology,OCT,P/O,pollen viability stigma receptivity was studied.The results showed that the flowering phenology period was from May to July,OCI was 4,P/O was 1 645,pistil stamen dichogamy and the breeding system of Lamiophlamis rotate was partly self compatible,the cross pollination and pollinators.
