- 该研究系统概述了库尔勒香梨在巴州地区的栽培面积、产量、新品种选育与应用、贮藏保鲜、深加工、市场销售等方面的现状,并分析了产业发展中的冻害、生产管理、市场体系建设、品牌建设等方面存在的问题,提出了积极推广抗寒品种、强化标准化管理、加强市场体系和品牌建设等建议。
- Abstract:
- This study systemically introduced the status quo of cultivation area,yield,new variety breed and application,storage and preservation,further processed and market sale of korla fragrant pear in Bazhou area,and the problems of industrial development were analyzed,such as freeze injury,production management,market system and brand construction.Suggestions were put forward to popularize cold resistance varieties,strengthen standardized management and market system and brand construction etc.
