白背毛木耳枝条种应用效果研究

- 以白背毛木耳为试材,研究枝条菌种、木屑菌种这2个不同处理对栽培袋满袋时间、污染率、产量的影响,并对不同处理的经济效益进行比较分析。结果表明:白背毛木耳枝条种满袋时间比木屑菌种平均提前14 d,污染率降低28.4%,总产量平均提高10.33%。方差分析显示,枝条菌种与木屑种第一潮耳产量、总产量有极显著差异。采用的枝条菌种也和木屑种一样保持第一潮耳产量高这一特性,第一潮耳产量占总产量比值为84.61%,比木屑种提高2.25个百分点。
- Abstract:
- Taking Auricularia polytricha as material,the effect of branch strain and the sawdust species on the cultivation time,the contamination rate and pocketfuls bag production,economic benefit was analyzed.The results showed that compared to sawdust species,the time of full culture bag of Auricularia polytricha branches advanced 14 days,the pollution rate decreased 28.4%,the total output of average increased of 10.33%.There were significant differences in yield and total output of the first tidal ear between the species and the wood chips in variance analysis.Just like the sawdust species,the branch strain maintained the feature of the high of yield first wave.The first wave output of the branch strain were accounted for 84.61% of the total output,more than the sawdust species 2.25 percentage points.
