- 以引进西藏的6株蛹虫草为试材,对比研究了其菌丝生长速率、出草产出及长势,筛选优良的蛹虫草菌株,并通过正交实验筛选对蛹虫草大米培养基营养成分的最优水平组合。结果表明:蛹虫草“TAAAS1”的菌丝生长速率虽不是最快的,但出草整齐均匀,出草产出高于其它菌株,表明“TAAAS1”菌株是适宜在高寒地区栽培生产的好品种;蛹虫草大米培养基的最优水平组合为蛹粉4 g/L,葡萄糖20 g/L,硫酸镁2 g/L,磷酸二氢钾1.5 g/L。
- Abstract:
- Six Cordyceps militaris strains introduced to Tibet were used as test materials,and were screened through comparative studies of six strains’ mycelium growth rate,grass output and growing way;the optimal-level formular was screened by carrying out the orthogonal experiment design of rice medium nutrient contents.The results showed that,although hyphea growth rate of Cordyceps ‘TAAAS1’ was not the fastest,grasses coming out of Cordyceps ‘TAAAS1’were neat and even,with a higher grass-coming output compared with other strains.It showed that ‘TAAAS1’bacterial strain was a good breed suitable to be planted in an alpine region;The optimal combination of Cordyceps militaris rice medium was pupae powder 4 g/L,glucose 20 g/L,magnesium sulfate 2 g/L,monopotassium phosphate 1.5 g/L.
