- 以新疆石河子以及新湖总场籽用西葫芦为研究对象,通过观察田间症状并采用RT-PCR方法,研究了籽用西葫芦发病情况。结果表明:籽用西葫芦病毒病田间症状主要表现有花叶型、黄化型、畸形和蕨叶型4类,其中花叶型最普遍。检测出的病毒主要有黄瓜花叶病毒(cucumber mosaic virus,CMV)、小西葫芦黄瓜花叶病毒(zucchini yellow mosaic virus,ZYMV)、西瓜花叶病毒(watermelon mosaic virus,WMV)和番木瓜环斑病毒(papaya ringspot virus,PRSV-W),4种病毒的总检出率分别为33.3%、84.8%、75.8%和21.2%;其中,样品受2种及以上病毒复合侵染检出率达66.7%,主要以ZYMV+CMV、ZYMV+WMV、ZYMV+CMV+WMV+PRSV-W复合侵染为主。
- Abstract:
- In order to understand the occurrence of seed zucchini virus diseases in Shihezi and Xinhu region in Xinjiang,seed zucchini virus diseases were investigated regularly in the field by RT-PCR and observation.The results showed that there were four symptom types of virus diseases which were mosaic,yellow,malformation and fern leaves,but the mosaic symptom was the most common in seed zucchini planting areas.The four viruses were detected by PCR which was cucumber mosaic virus (CMV),zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV),watermelon mosaic virus (WMV) and papaya ringspot virus (PRSV-W).The total detection rate of CMV,ZYMV,WMV and PRSV-W were 33.3%,84.8%,75.8% and 21.2%,respectively.In the field,all of the samples were infected with 2 or more viruses with the rate of 66.7%,and the mixed infection of ZYMV and other viruses (CMV,WMV,CMV+WMV+PRSV-W) were the crucial problem in seed zucchini.
