- 以紫菀为试材,采用HPLC法,研究磷肥的不同施肥量(35、40、45 kg/667m2)对紫菀的产量、有效成分(紫菀酮)含量的影响。结果表明:当磷肥施用量为40 kg/667m2时,其对紫菀的农艺性状及有效成分含量影响显著;当施用量为45 kg/667m2时,紫菀产量最高,但与40 kg/667m2不存在显著差异,因此确定40 kg/667m2为紫菀磷肥的最佳施用量。
- Abstract:
- Taking Aster tataricus as test materials,using HPLC method,the effect of different phosphate content (35,40,45 kg/667m2) on production and effective composition content of Aster tataricus was studied.The results showed that agronomic traits and the content of effective components were significantly affected when phosphate fertilizerwas 40 kg/667m2;the yield of A.tataricus was the highest when the application amount was 45 kg/667m2,but it was not significantly different compared with 40 kg/667m2,so 40 kg/667m2 was the best applicant amount for A.tataricus.
