短日照处理对长白山地区寒地草莓花芽分化的影响

- 以“通生1号草莓”、“东方草莓”、“四季草莓新品种”3种长白山地区寒地草莓为试材,在正常日照和短日照处理下,对生长在相同环境中的3种草莓进行扫描电镜观察,分别将3种草莓的花芽分化情况进行记录并比较,探讨短日照处理对3种草莓花芽分化的影响。结果表明:短日照使“通生1号草莓”花芽分化提前3 d,“东方草莓”花芽分化提前6 d,而对“四季草莓新品种”花芽分化的影响不大;短日照处理对“通生1号草莓”和“东方草莓”的花芽分化均有促进作用,其中“东方草莓”最明显,“通生1号草莓”次之,对“四季草莓新品种”几乎无影响。
- Abstract:
- ‘New strawberry variety of Siji’,by scanning electron microscopic ‘Tongsheng 1 strawberry’,‘Fragaria orientalis Lozinsk’ in Changbai Mountain cold region area were used as materials,in normal sunlight and short sunlight treatment,their growth was observed in the same environment cultivars,respectively,three strawberry flower bud differentiation was recorded and compared,the effect of short sunlight on three kinds of strawberry flower bud differentiation were discussed.The results showed that short sunlight treatment made the stage of ‘Tongsheng 1 strawberry’ flower bud differentiation advance for 3 days,which made the stage of ‘Fragaria orientalis Lozinsk’ strawberry flower bud differentiation advance for 6 days,and little effect on ‘New strawberry variety of Siji’cultivars of flower bud differentiation.Short sunlight treatment had promoting role on flower bud differentiation of ‘Fragaria orientalis Lozinsk’ and ‘Tongsheng 1 strawberry’,which with the effect on ‘Fragaria orientalis Lozinsk’ was obvious than ‘Tongsheng 1 strawberry’;but almost no effect on flower bud of‘New strawberry variety of Siji’.
