- 以百喜草种子为试材,研究了2、5、10、20、30、50、100、300、500、1 000 mg/L的氯化镧浸种对百喜草种子萌发及幼苗生长过程中生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:La3+浸种对百喜草种子萌发和幼苗生长有影响且与浓度有关;2~20 mg/L的La3+处理能提高百喜草种子活力及淀粉酶活性,并且能促进百喜草幼苗茎叶和根系的生长,其中以20 mg/L处理效果最为显著;当La3+浓度>50 mg/L时,百喜草种子的活力指数、淀粉酶活性以及幼苗茎叶和根系生长受到抑制;此外,镧对百喜草幼苗地下部分生长的影响比地上部分生长的影响显著。
- Abstract:
- Using Paspalum natatu seed as test materials,the effect of soaking Paspalum natatu seed with lanthanum chloride solution at concentrations of 2,5,10,20,30,50,100,300,500,1 000 mg/L on its germination and physiological and biochemical characteristics were studied.The results showed that La3+ had effects on seed germination and physiological and biochemical characteristics of Paspalum natatu,and depended on the concentration of La3+.Within the range of 2-20 mg/L,La3+soaking increased vigor of seed and its amylase activities,and promoted the Paspalum natatu seedling leaf and root growth,and 20 mg/L of La3+ was the best.When La3+concentration was higher than 50 mg/L,seed vigor,amylase activities,seedling leaf and root growth was inhibited.Furthermore,it was found that the effect of La3+on the growth of underground part was much stronger than the ground part.
