- 芦荟多糖的化学结构复杂,目前的研究大多认为主要是部分乙酰化的β-(1→4)-甘露聚糖和葡-甘露聚糖结构,同时还含有少量的鼠李糖、半乳糖、半乳糖醛酸、岩藻糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖等。芦荟多糖具有优良的保湿活性,并基于皮肤天然保湿系统发挥作用。芦荟多糖的结构与其保湿活性之间的关系有待于进一步研究。现综述了近年来国内外芦荟多糖的结构鉴定及保湿活性方面的研究进展,为其功效研究及应用提供参考。
- Abstract:
- With complex structures,aloe polysaccharide was reported to be mainly composed of partially acetylated β-(1→4)-D-mannan and glucomannan structures,and a small amount of rhamnose,galactose,galacturonic acid,fucose,arabinose,xylose.The excellent moisturizing activity of aloe polysaccharide was exerted on the base of the natural moisturizing system of skin.Further studies will be required to find the relationship between the structure and moisturizing activity of aloe polysaccharide.A summary of research progress on the structure characterization and moisturizing activity of aloe polysaccharide at home and abroad was reviewed in this paper to provide a reference for its efficacy research and application.
