- 以新疆主栽平欧杂种榛优良品种“新榛1号”(84-254)、“新榛2号”(82-11)、“新榛3号”(84-310)和“新榛4号”(82-15)为试材,研究了吲哚丁酸不同浓度处理对平欧杂种榛嫩枝扦插生根情况的影响。结果表明:4个品种中“新榛1号”较其它3个品种易于生根,“新榛4号”较难生根;1 200~1 400 mg/L的浓度,可以得到较好的扦插效果。
- Abstract:
- Varieties of ‘New Hazel 1’ (84-254),‘New Hazel 2’ (82-11),‘New Hazel 3’ (84-310),and ‘New Hazel 4’ (82-15) were used as materials,the effect of different concentration of IBA on rooting was studied.The results showed that ‘New Hazel 1’ was easy to be rooting than other three varieties,‘New Hazel 4’ was difficult to be rooting.The concentration of 1 200-1 400 mg/L could get a good cutting effect.
