- 为了了解北京市草莓销售情况,通过对京郊10个区县莓农的调研和访谈,对北京市2014—2015年草莓生产品种、销售价格、销售方式、影响销售因素进行了分析。结果表明:大规模生产者、园区通过采摘、礼品箱、网络电商等方式销售价格较高,而草莓品质和知名度是影响销售最重要的因素。同时提出促进草莓销售流通的相关建议,包括提升品质、扩大知名度、发展稳定客源、扩大销售渠道等。
- Abstract:
- In order to know present sales in Beijing,researchers investigated strawberry growers of 10 district and analyzed some factors affecting sales like variety,price,channel. The results showed that picking,gift boxes and online sales could obtain higher price for scale growers. For all growers,quality and visibility were more important than other factors. Researchers suggested that growers could improve quality,expand awareness,increase customers and sales channels to promote sales.
