- 以金鱼草种子为研究对象,研究了用质量分数2% NaClO消毒不同时间、不同温度、变温、光照和黑暗处理对种子萌发的影响。结果表明:用2% NaClO消毒6 min为金鱼草种子适宜的消毒时间。黑暗处理使幼苗徒长,光照条件下植株生长健壮,黑暗和光照处理对种子萌发率影响不大。金鱼草种子在25℃时发芽率最高,为88.89%。种变温30℃/20℃处理加快了种子的萌发,整体提高了种子发芽率。
- Abstract:
- Antirrhinum majus was reproduced by seed and it was greatly meaningful for the productive practice to study the factors that affect seeds germination.Experiments of seed germination were conducted to study the best time of disinfection and the effects of temperature and light-different temperature gradient,heterotherm,light and dark on seed germination were also researched. The results showed that the germination rate of Antirrhinum majus when it was disinfected 6 minutes by 2% NaClO reached the top level. The treatment of darkness made excessive growth of branches and leaves,seeding in the condition of light grew vigorously. Darkness and illumination had little effect on the germination rate. Antirrhinum majus’s seed germination rate was the highest (88.89%) when the temperature was 25℃. The situation of 30℃/20℃ could accelerate the procession of seed germination and improve the germination rate of seeds on the whole.
