- 以6年生“绿宝”苹果为试材,用CI-340光合仪(美国)测定其光合指标,以了解“绿宝”苹果的光合特性。结果表明:净光合速率(Pn)季节变化呈双峰曲线,9月为最高峰,6月为次高峰;Pn日变化呈单峰曲线,10:00—11:00的Pn最高为24 μmol?m-2?s-1;光补偿点和饱和点分别为44.363、1 978.074 μmol?m-2?s-1,表观量子效率(AQY)为0.038 7;CO2补偿点和饱和点分别为184.58、1 528.58 μmol/mol,羧化效率(CE)为0.093 6。影响“绿宝”苹果净光合速率的主成分有3个,分别为气孔导度(C)因子、有效光合辐射(PAR)因子和叶绿素(Chl)含量因子。试验表明,“绿宝”苹果具有较高的光合能力。
- Abstract:
- With 6yearold ‘Bramley’ apple as research material,CI-340 photosynthesis equipment was used to measure photosynthetic characters in order to understand the photosynthetic characters of ‘Bramley’ apple.The results showed that two peaks appeared in the curve of seasonal variation of Pn of ‘Bramely’,the highest peak occurred in September,and the second peak occurred in the June.The diurnal variation curve of Pn appeared to be a single-peaked curve and kept the highest level at 10:00—11:00 Am(Pn 24 μmol?m-2?s-1).Some other important photosynthetic indicators including light compensation point(LCP) and saturation point(LSP),CO2 compensation point(CCP) and saturation point(CSP),apparent quantum yield(AQY) and carboxylation efficiency (CE),which were 44.363 μmol?m-2?s-1,1 978.074 μmol?m-2?s-1,184.58 μmol/mol,1 528.58 μmol/mol,0.038 7 and 0.093 6 respectively.The Pn of ‘Bramley’ apple was mainly influenced by 3 principal factors which were stomatal conductance(C),photosynthetic active radiation(PAR) and chlorophyll content (Chl).It concluded that ‘Bramley’ apple;had high photosynthetic characters.
