- 从田间到餐桌,从生产者到消费者都关注蔬菜的绿色、无公害、有机程度以及蔬菜产品的地理标志,“三品一标”建设能通过提升蔬菜品牌战略来实现。目前,河北省蔬菜产业具有优质品牌数量较少,品牌价值低,品牌阶段层次低,多数处于进入期,品牌组织化程度低,政府品牌化管理水平较低等特征。现采用AHP+SWOT方法分析河北省蔬菜产业面向京津品牌发展的战略,并提出面向京津蔬菜产业品牌战略选择是SO方案,包括:加强蔬菜“三品一标”的认证,增加优质品牌数量;科技创造助推品牌经营,完善品牌体系建设;壮大龙头企业,延伸产业链条,提高蔬菜产品的附加值;强化品牌化为核心的蔬菜现代产业化体系支撑;加强政府品牌管理职能,提高政府品牌管理水平。
- Abstract:
- From the field to a table,from producer to consumer,everyone pays close attention to vegetable green,pollution-free,organic degree and vegetable products of geographical signs.The Constructiong of ‘Three brands a standard’ can achieve through the promotion of the brand strategy of vegetables.At present,the short number of high quality brand of vegetable industry in Hebei Province,low brand value,low level of brand stage,the majority in the entry,low degree of organization of brand,brand government management level lower and so on.Using AHP+SWOT method analysis the strategy of vegetable industry in Hebei Province docking Beijing and Tianjin,and put forward to facing Beijing and Tianjin vegetable industry brand strategy choice.including:strengthen the ‘Three brands a standard’ certification to increase the number of high-quality brand;science and technology to create a boost brand management,improve the brand system construction;strengthen leading enterprises,extending industrial chain,improve the added value of vegetable products;to strengthen the brand as the core of vegetable of modem industrialization system support;strengthening the functions of government in brand management,to improve the level of management of government brand.
