秋冬萝卜雄性不育系06-42A的选育

- 以郑州市蔬菜研究所选育的萝卜胞质雄性不育系48A为不育源,选用8个不同遗传背景的秋冬青萝卜自交系为转育父本,通过杂交和连续回交选育出优良的萝卜雄性不育系06-42A及相应的保持系。对其不育率及不育度鉴定,其不育率及不育度均为100%,开花结实正常,蜜腺发达。同时对06-42A进行配合力测定,所配组合表现出较强的杂种优势。
