- “优佳4号”苦瓜是以“黑子大顶”苦瓜和“百万发”苦瓜2个品种杂交后经过系统选育而成。该品种早熟,果实短棒形,条状瘤与粒状瘤相间,瓜皮绿色,有光泽;苦味中,苦瓜皂甙含量高,比对照“青丰绿皮”苦瓜高126.65%,平均667 m2产量为3 100.2 kg,比对照“青丰绿皮”苦瓜增产12.3%,可作为苦瓜茶专用品种推广应用。
- Abstract:
- A new variety of bitter guard‘Youjia No.4’is successfully bred through the parental hybridation of‘Heizidading’and‘Baiwanfa’cultivars.‘Youjia No.4’is a early maturing cultivar with fruit characteristics of short cylindrical shape,alternately stripy and granular tumour and green skin with gloss.The flesh is middle-bitter taste and 126.65% higher content of momordica saponins than that of ‘Qingfeng Lyupi’ control.Its average yield is 3 100.2 kg/667m2,which is 12.3% higher than that of ‘Qingfeng Lyupi’ control.Therefore,the new cultivar of bitter guard‘Youjia No.4’is suitable as a special resource of bitter gourd tea for extension and application.
