- 以东北天南星叶片为试材,研究了相同时期、不同氮磷钾施肥条件对东北天南星叶绿素、可溶性糖及硝酸还原酶含量的影响。结果表明:施肥促使东北天南星叶绿素含量显著提高,施氮磷肥效果最显著;可溶性糖含量提高的最佳施肥方式为氮磷钾肥;硝酸还原酶活性增加的最佳施肥方式为氮磷钾肥,不施肥的东北天南星硝酸还原酶活性最低。
- Abstract:
- Taking leaves of Arisaema amurense as materials,the influence of different fertilization under the same period on the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and nitrate reductase of Arisaema amurense were investigated.The results showed that fertilization prompted the chlorophyll content significantly,and nitrogen phosphorus fertilizer exhibited the most significant.The optimal fertilization mode to improve the content of soluble sugar and nitrate reductase activity were nitrogen phosphorus potassium fertilization.The minimum activity of nitrate reductase displayed in no fertilizer group.
