- 以引进的3个葡萄柚品种“哈路比”、“火焰”和“瑞路比”为研究对象,用Li-6400便携式光合仪测定光合特性并对比其光合特性的差异。结果表明:“哈路比”的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和水分利用率(WUE)最高,“火焰”次之,“瑞路比”最低;“瑞路比”的蒸腾速率(Tr)最高,“哈路比”最低;“火焰”的胞间CO2浓度(Ci)最高,“哈路比”次之,“瑞路比”最低;不同品种葡萄柚的净光合速率日变化为“双峰”曲线,具有明显的“午休”现象;蒸腾速率日变化总体趋势是先升后降。
- Abstract:
- With the introduced three fine varieties of grapefruit‘Hudson Foster’,‘Flame’and‘Ray Ruby’as the research object,its photosynthetic characteristics by Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system was analyzed and determined.The results showed that,the net photosynthesis rate (Pn),stomatal conductance (Gs) and water use efficiency (WUE) of‘Hudson Foster’were the highest,‘Flame’was the second,‘Ray Ruby’was the last;while‘Ray Ruby’ had the highest value of the transpiration rate (Tr),‘Hudson Foster’was the last;the intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) of‘Flame’was higher than‘Hudson Foster’ while‘Ray Ruby’was the lowest;the net photosynthetic rate of different varieties of grapefruit for typical bimodal curve,the daily change had obvious“noon break”phenomenon;daily variation of transpiration rate overall trend was increased before they were reduced.
