超声波提取巴戟天多糖工艺的研究

- 以巴戟天为试材,通过正交实验方法,研究了不同液固比、超声时间和温度对巴戟天多糖提取效率的影响。结果表明:液固比、超声时间和温度3个因素在单因素试验条件下对巴戟天多糖的提取率都有影响。正交实验结果表明,温度是对巴戟天多糖提取率影响最大的因素,优化的最佳提取条件为:温度80℃,液固比为45∶1 mL/mg,超声时间45 min。
- Abstract:
- Taking Morinda officinalis as test materials,the effect of liquid to solid ratio,ultrasonic time and temperature on extraction of polysaccharides from Morinda officinalis were studied by orthogonal test.The results showed that,all three factors were relevant to extraction of polysaccharides from Morinda officinalis by single factor test.Orthogonal test results showed that temperature was the most relevant factor.The optimal parameters were that temperature liquid to solid ratio and ultrasonic time for 80℃,45∶1 mL/mg and 45 minutes.
