- 以“津优35”黄瓜为试材,研究了日光温室地下滴灌条件下水氮耦合对黄瓜植株氮代谢过程中关键酶的影响。结果表明:灌水量和施N量对日光温室地下滴灌条件下黄瓜植株氮代谢酶活性均有显著影响。在同一施氮水平下,硝酸还原酶(NR)、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性随灌水量的增加而显著升高,而谷氨酸合成酶(GOGAT)活性在I2(0.8 Ep)、I3(0.8 Ep)2个灌溉水平下无显著差异;结果期黄瓜植物叶片中硝态N含量、可溶性蛋白质含量随灌水量的增加而降低,但I2、I3处理差异不显著。在I2、I3灌溉水平下,N2(600 kg/hm2)处理下硝酸还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶、谷氨酸脱氢酶(glutamate dehydrogenase GDH)活性显著高于N3处理,而谷氨酸合成酶活性、硝态氮含量、可溶性蛋白质含量与N3(750 kg/hm2)处理无显著差异。根据黄瓜氮代谢相关酶及相关物质含量,日光温室地下滴灌条件下黄瓜作物最佳灌水量应为0.8 Ep,施N量为600 kg/hm2。
- Abstract:
- Taking cucumber ‘Jinyou 35’ as test material,the effect of irrigation and nitrogen fertilizer coupling on enzyme activities related to nitrogen metabolism under subsurface drip irrigation in solar greenhouse were studied.The results showed that irrigation amount and nitrogen application had significant effect on enzyme activities related to nitrogen metabolism.Under the same nitrogen fertilizer level,the activities of nitrate reductase and glutamine synthetase increased with the increase of irrigation,but as for glutamate synthase activity,there was no significant difference existed between I2(0.8 Ep) and I3(1.0 Ep) irrigation treatment.The contents of nitrate nitrogen and soluble protein in leaves of cucumber decreased with increase of irrigation water in fruiting stage,whereas there was no significant difference between I2 and I3 treatments.Under I2 and I3 irrigation level,the activities of nitrate reductase,glutamine synthetase and glutamate dehydrogenase in N2(600 kg/hm2) treatment were significantly higher than those in N3(750 kg/hm2) treatment,while there were no significant difference on the glutamate synthase activity and the contents of nitrate nitrogen and soluble protein between N2 and N3 treatments.According to enzyme activities related to nitrogen metabolism,the optimum irrigation level and nitrogen fertilizer application level for cucumber under subsurface drip irrigation were 0.8 Ep and 600 kg/hm2,respectively.
