- 以当年生健壮百香果插穗为试材，研究了不同扦插基质、不同插穗、不同IBA处理时间、不同IBA处理浓度对百香果扦插苗成活率的影响。结果表明：剪切带有2个节眼的百香果插穗，用10.0 mg/L的IBA处理30 min，种入草灰沃土，插入一半的方法种出的苗较好，成活率为100%。
- Abstract:
- Taking one-year-old robust Passiflora edulis Sims cuttings as test material，the effect of different cutting matrix，different cuttings，different processing time of IBA，different IBA concentration treatments on the survival rate of Passiflora edulis Sims cuttings were studied.The results showed that the cutting section had two eyes of passion branch，with 10.0 mg/L of IBA treatment 30 minutes，fertile soil into ashes，insert the better half of the method of the seedlings，the survival rate of 100.00%.
