- 以丝瓜品种“农福丝瓜601”为试材,将其幼苗分别置于光照百分率为100%(对照)、70%、50%和30%的人工控制光环境下处理,研究弱光胁迫对丝瓜生长和生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:光照强度对丝瓜的生长和生理生化特性有着显著的影响,随着弱光胁迫强度的增加和胁迫时间的延长,丝瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、株重、叶面积、根冠比都有不同程度的降低,且与对照相比,差异较显著;在弱光环境中,丝瓜叶片的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和可溶性糖含量都呈下降的趋势;与对照相比,弱光胁迫显著提高了丝瓜叶片的可溶性蛋白质、脯氨酸含量,且提高了丝瓜叶片的细胞膜透性。
- Abstract:
- Taking loofah variety ‘Nongfu loofah 601’ as materials,the seedlings of which were put under controlled lighting environments,with the full lighting percentage of 100%,70%,50%,30%,respectively.The results showed that illumination intensity obviously impacted the growth of seedlings.With the enhancement of weak light stress and the extension of time,plant height,stem diameter,plant weight,leaf area,root shoot ratio were decreased in different degree,and compared with the control group,the difference was significant;in the weak light environment,loofah of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll,carotenoid and soluble sugar content showed a downward trend;compared with the control,the weak light stress significantly increased soluble protein content,proline content,and increased the permeability of cell membrane.
