- 为了促进水培番茄技术大面积推广,解决水培番茄栽培中根际低氧问题,试验以10个水培番茄品种为试材,研究了根际低氧处理对水培番茄过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果表明:在30 d的根际低氧处理过程中,根际低氧胁迫先激活了CAT活性,随着低氧时间的增加CAT活性逐渐降低;不同水培番茄品种CAT活性降低的程度不同;在根际低氧条件下CAT活性较强的番茄品种为“紫玫瑰”,酶活性较弱品种为“黄珍珠”。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote hydroponics tomato technology in large scale,solve hydroponics tomato cultivation in the root zone hypoxia problem,with ten hydroponics tomato varieties as test material,effect of rhizosphere hypoxia stress on tomato CAT activity was studied.The results showed that,during 30 days rhizosphere hypoxia stress,CAT activity was activated under the root zone hypoxia conditions firstly,then as hypoxia time increasing,CAT activity decreased;CAT activity decreased to varying degrees of different hydroponics tomato varieties;Under hypoxic conditions,the relative strong CAT activity tomato varieties was ‘Zimeigui’,the relative weaker tomato varieties was ‘Huangzhenzhu’.
