- 以采自于黑龙江省双城、大同、甘南、五常等地的大蒜干腐病病样为供试材料,采用组织分离法分离病原菌,进行形态学鉴定和ITS序列测定,同时进行4种药剂的室内筛选;并选取这2种药剂配制不同浓度梯度的含药培养基,进行抑菌试验,制作毒力回归方程。结果表明:大蒜干腐病致病菌为尖孢镰刀菌(Fusariwn oxysporum Schlecht),60%纯白多菌灵和根萎停对大蒜干腐病尖孢镰刀菌的抑菌效果最好。经毒力回归方程计算,防治尖孢镰刀菌时根萎停的EC50值为29.65 mg/L,60%纯白多菌灵的EC50值为69.82 mg/L,表明根萎停对尖孢镰刀菌的抑制效果更好。
- Abstract:
- Pathogenic bacteria was used as test materials,that were seperated from the garlic dry rot samples collected from Shuangcheng,Datong,Gannan and Wuchang,etc.of Heilongjiang province with tissue separation.Then morphological identification and ITS sequence determination were conducted,and simultaneous lab screening of four types of fungicides was performed.The results showed that the pathogenic bacteria of garlic dry rot was Fusariwn oxysporum Schlecht;60% purely white carbendazim and root wilt stop presented the most obvious antibacterial effects on the Fusariwn oxysporum Schlecht that inducing garlic dry rot.These two fungicides were selected to prepare drug-containing medium with different concentration gradients,and bacteriostatic experiments were performed and virulence regression equation was formulated.In accordance with the calculation of virulence regression equation,the EC50 values of root wilt stop and 60% purely white carbendazim were 29.65 mg/L and 69.82 mg/L when they were exerting the preventive and therapeutic effects on Fusariwn oxysporum Schlecht.The EC50 values of the tested fungicides demonstrated that root wilt stop had a better inhibitory effect on Fusariwn oxysporum Schlecht.
