君子兰柱头可授性及花粉在柱头上萌发的研究

- 以大花君子兰为试材,用联苯胺-过氧化氢法测定君子兰柱头的可授性,观察柱头分泌液情况,荧光显微镜观察柱头结构和花粉在柱头上的萌发过程,研究开花时间对柱头可授性的影响。结果表明:柱头可授性能持续 8 d,开花3~4 d可授性强,同一天中10:00—11:00可授性强;可授性强时,柱头分泌层的细胞排列逐渐疏松,细胞间隙逐渐增大,同时乳突与乳突之间间隔增大,并且分泌粘液量较大;授粉1~2 h花粉开始在柱头上萌发,2 h以后大量萌发,授粉4 h后,花粉管伸长。因此,在君子兰开花3~4 d的10:00—11:00进行人工授粉效果最好。
- Abstract:
- Taking Clivia mimiata as test materials,the stigma receptivity was tested on the Benzidine-H2O2 method,the stigma structure and the pollen germination process on the stigma were observed by microscope,in order to study the effect of flowering time of stigma receptivity.The results showed that stigma receptivity could last 8 days.The stigma secrets a lot of mucus during 10:00 to 11:00,in the same time,the stigma receptivity was the best,the stigma secretion layer cells were loose gradually.The pollen germinates after pollinated 1—2 hours.A large number of germination was in pollination after 2 hours.Pollen tube elongate after pollination 4 hours.Therefore,the best time for artificial pollination in the Clivia mimiata was flowering 3—4 days at 10:00 to 11:00.
