- 青花菜“领秀一号”是以细胞质雄性不育材料CMS08为不育源,与经过多代自交纯化性状优良的自交系LD-166多代回交转育育成的不育性稳定的细胞质雄性不育系LR-166为母本,以小孢子培养获得的性状优良的青花菜DH系LD-21为父本配制杂交一代品种。“领秀一号”为早熟品种,定植后55~65 d左右采收,植株生长势强,株高55 cm,开展度65 cm。叶片宽椭圆,叶面微皱,边缘光滑,叶色墨绿,蜡粉多,抗黑腐病、霜霉病;顶花球主用,花球高圆,蘑菇状,蕾色墨绿、细小均匀、花蕾遇冷不变紫,无夹叶,不空心;单球重450 g左右。适宜于北方露地及保护地栽培,“领秀一号”提倡穴盘育苗,春季苗龄一般35 d左右,夏季苗龄一般25 d左右,栽培最佳密度为2 800株/667m2,在整个生育期要保证肥水充足,及时防治菜青虫、小菜蛾等并及时采收销售或遇冷保鲜储藏。

- ‘Lingxiu No.1’ is a new early-maturing broccoli F1 hybrid developed by crossing cytoplasmic male sterile line LR-166,which was obtained by crossing and backcrossing between male sterile line CMS08 and inbred line LD-166 as recurrent parent,and DH line LD-21.It takes about 55-65 days from transplanting to harvest.‘Lingxiu No.1’ has strong growth potential.Its plant heigh is 55 cm,expansion is 65 cm with wide oval,microfold,smooth edges,dark green,thick wax leaves,and good resistance to downy mildew and black rot.‘Lingxiu No.1’ has a high round,mushroom-shaped,tight head with small bead size and good tolerance to purpling under cold conditions.Its single head weight is about 450 g.It is suitable for cultivation both in open and protected fields in North China.Seedlings of ‘Lingxiu No.1’ should be kept in the greenhouse in 50 or 72 holes seeding tray.The seedlings with age of 35 days in spring,25 days in summer were appropriate,the optimal density was 2 800 strains/667m2.It is important to keep the soil moist,adequate supply of fertilizer,as well as prevent the dispersal of diamondback moth and pieris rapaeduring the growing season.Harvest should begin when curd mature.Curds need to be saled or trimmed and cooled immediately after harvest.
